A Note to Teddie
A Note to Teddie
Rafael Edward “Ted” Cruz, as an American politician,
Can you explain to me or anyone the status of your
condition?
Your emotional distortions, in tandem with your mental
contortions,
Can only be explained by your bank account’s proportions.
How dare you try to explain away the deaths of children in
Uvalde,
By way of a teacher’s negligence in securing a doorway?
No matter which way the tale is spun, it’s become apparent
to everyone,
That your loyalties are bought and paid for by the purveyor
of the gun.
To twist the facts you’ve tried and tried, some you’ve even
tossed aside,
But the central matter here, Ted, is you’re accessory to
homicide.
Second Amendment remains secure, it’s obvious that we need a
cure,
But the NRA’s onus and your allegiance to them you are
trying to obscure.
Bravery is not defined by the roar of the carbine,
Is it true Ted that without the gun you truly have no spine?
By advancing the stance we see, the depth of your
culpability,
Is something you do to yourself, by the peal of your own
decree.
Ted, this take don’t miss, my words you should never
dismiss,
Unless you change your ways this instant, you’ll go down for
this.
